Through the stillness comes
the sound of someone in a
mad rush, pushing his 4
cylinders to the height
of revolution in his
attempt to get "there"
[wherever that is]
that fraction of a second
sooner so someone doesn't
have to wait like they used to.
Doctor, my patients are leaving,
and I don't want to wait to
get them back. Can I just IM their
prescriptions to them?
Oh yeah, I lost my contacts list
when I last rebooted... Can
I just google them?
